Frequently asked questions
What is the Singapore Wage Map?
A free, interactive Singapore salary guide. Enter your gross monthly pay, occupation, industry, age and firm size and it shows where you sit against the Ministry of Manpower's Occupational Wage Survey (June 2025) — your percentile, benchmarks and how far you are from the next quartile. It runs entirely in your browser.
What's the median salary in Singapore?
This tool reports each occupation's own median rather than one nationwide number. Across the 523 occupations MOM publishes an all-industries gross median for, the middle occupation's median is about $4,534 a month. That is an unweighted midpoint of occupations — a high-headcount job and a niche one count equally — not a headcount-weighted national median.
Where does the salary data come from?
The Ministry of Manpower Occupational Wage Survey for the June 2025 reference period, released on 30 June 2026. It covers full-time resident employees and reports monthly basic and gross wages. This site is built independently by zqlimy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with MOM.
Is my salary information private?
Yes. Everything runs in your browser — your salary and other inputs are never sent to a server, stored, or shared. There is no backend and no tracking of what you enter.
How many jobs and industries does it cover?
It covers 523 occupations (SSOC 2024) across 14 industry sectors, plus an all-industries view, with breakdowns by age band, sex and establishment size wherever MOM publishes them.
